Experienced Graduate

Are you an “Archi-nerd” with a passion for creating exceptional buildings? We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience to contribute creative design solutions within our dynamic practice.

This role is for a design-focused architectural graduate with 1-5 years of experience to contribute creative design solutions within our dynamic practice. The ideal candidate will be motivated by creating meaningful design narrative with an awareness around viability of projects. This role is based in our multi-residential Design Team, lead by Dom Cerantonio.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work on multi-residential projects from feasibility and concert through to Town Planning and early stages of Design Development
  • Develop creative design solutions under the guidance of senior architects ·
  • Assist in client presentations and design meetings
  • Coordinate with consultants
  • Participate in practice design reviews and team discussions
  • Assist with design competitions and submissions
  • Engage in practice professional development activities
Desired skills/attributes:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • 1-5 years post-graduation experience
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD and Enscape
  • Good knowledge of BADs
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for design and willingness to learn
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
