3D Visualiser 

This role is for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualiser who will be instrumental in bringing our designs to life. The ideal candidate combines artistic flair with technical expertise, having the ability to create photorealistic renderings and immersive visualisations that communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.

Working closely with architects and designers, this person will transform conceptual ideas into compelling visual narratives while maintaining the highest standards of architectural accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural visualisation software, a keen eye for composition and lighting, and the ability to work effectively within project timelines and budgets. Our 3D Visualiser should be passionate about architectural design and visualisation, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt their style to match various project requirements and client preferences.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating high-quality 3D visualisations of architectural projects
  • Collaborating with architects to understand design intent and translate 2D drawings into 3D environments
  • Managing multiple visualisation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Developing and maintaining material libraries and 3D asset databases
  • Staying current with latest visualisation software and rendering techniques
  • Optimising rendering workflows and suggesting process improvements
  • Creating visual content for marketing materials and competition entries
Required Skills & Attributes: 
  • Degree in Architecture, 3D Design, or equivalent industry experience
  • 10 years’ experience in architectural visualisation
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard visualisation software including 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Corona
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Revit
  • Outstanding artistic eye for composition, lighting, and materials
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualisations
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation
  • Advanced understanding of post-production techniques and colour grading
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously
  • Passion for architecture and emerging visualisation technologies
  • Ability to adapt style to match different project requirements
