Experienced Graduate / Architect

This role is for an architectural graduate with at least 3+ years of experience to contribute to projects in all phases from town planning through to documentation within our dynamic practice, with a focus on multi-residential projects. The ideal candidate combines growing technical knowledge with strong documentation skills, bringing both attention to detail and eagerness to learn to deliver projects to a high standard. Working in a well-rounded team, this person will assist in documentation packages while developing increased project responsibilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate both autonomous capability and effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities include

Assist in and prepare Town Planning packages
Prepare construction documentation packages and schedules
Support client consultation processes
Assist in managing permit documentation
Implement building codes, standards and regulations
Coordinate with external consultants on documentation
Integrate consultant information into specifications
Support senior team members in project delivery
Maintain project documentation standards
Assist in technical detailing development
Contribute to documentation quality control
Support project team workflows
Participate in team knowledge sharing

Desired skills/attributes:

3+ years of local architectural experience
Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture
Advanced proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Enscap
Understanding and awareness of BADS, NCC, technical detailing and construction
Growing knowledge of building codes and regulations
Strong documentation and drafting skills
Effective communication abilities
Good time management and organisational skills
Proactive and positive approach
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Ability to work both autonomously and in teams
Detail-oriented mindset
Large and Medium scale multi-residential project experience preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
