Experienced Graduate

Are you an “Archi-nerd” with a passion for creating exceptional buildings? We’re looking for someone with 4-5 years of experience to contribute creative design solutions within our dynamic practice.

This role is for a design-focused architectural graduate with 4-5 years of experience to contribute creative design solutions within our multi-residential design team. The ideal candidate will be motivated by creating meaningful design narrative with an awareness around viability of projects.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work on multi-residential projects from feasibility and concept through to Town Planning and early stages of Design Development
  • Develop creative design solutions under the guidance of senior architects
  • Assist in client presentations and design meetings
  • Coordinate with consultants
  • Participate in practice design reviews and team discussions
  • Assist with design competitions and submissions
  • Engage in practice professional development activities
Desired skills/attributes:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • 4-5 years post-graduation experience
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD and Enscape
  • Good knowledge of BADs
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for design and willingness to learn
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
