Graduate of Architecture

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for delivering architectural projects to an exacting standard? We’re searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate of Architecture to join our innovative team and embark on an inspiring journey in the world of design and construction.

This is a role for a Graduate of Architecture with 2-3 years experience working in the field. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, will be searching to advance their role with the assistance of senior team leads to take on further responsibility with regards to running projects.

As a Graduate of Architecture with us, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Craft and document projects, from constructing documentation packages to managing schedules.
Collaborate with project teams on diverse sectors, including residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects.
Set the gold standard for best practices, ensuring compliance with BCA and DDA regulations.
Coordinate with external consultants, seamlessly integrating their expertise into specifications and construction plans.
Consult with clients to understand their unique requirements and aspirations.
Master the art of organising and managing permit documents.

Desired skills/attributes

Pro-active and positive attitude.
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications.
Minimum of 2 years of local experience in similar projects.
Highly skilled in REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe, and Enscape.
Stellar written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with clients and consultants.
A time management maestro, delivering results within tight deadlines.
