Marketing Coordinator

Cera Stribley is on the lookout for a gung-ho Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced, creative studio environment and make the role your own, with real responsibility, autonomy, and impact from day one. Whether through previous experience in a similar role, or through your own social media prowess, proven experience in this area is a must-have. Ideally, you’ll have an eye for framing up a good photo/video and demonstrate personality and wit in your caption writing. Bonus points if you have experience in or a passion for the world of architecture and interior design.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you’ll help drive the continued growth of the studio by sharing our work, ideas, and culture with the world.  This role is heavily focused on social media and content (approximately 50–60%), supported by broader marketing coordination responsibilities across press, events, awards, and brand collateral. As a 12-month contract role, we’re looking for someone who can confidently step in, maintain momentum, and contribute proactively to the evolution of our marketing strategy.

Responsibilities include:

Curate month-to-month social media schedule, as well as ad-hoc content that showcases our work and our studio
Production of social media content in line with marketing objectives
Actively engage and grow our social media audience
Liaise with photographers, stylists, clients, and internal team to coordinate photoshoots
Assist with the running of photoshoots
Assist with the coordination and running of events
Assist with the curation of press releases and responding to press requests
Assist with the curation of awards submissions
Maintain content library
Maintain website content
Maintain company profile docs

Attributes/Skills necessary:

Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media accounts
Proficiency in content production
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro/Rush)
Experience using WordPress
Excellent writing and communication skills
Attention to detail
Photography, videography, and/or graphic design skills would be advantageous
Experience/interest in architecture and design is beneficial
