Marketing Manager Maternity Cover

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Melbourne team on a 15-month fixed-term contract covering a period of maternity leave.

This is a hands-on role with real scope to shape how Cera Stribley shows up in the market. Working closely with our Directors, Operations Team and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll bring our 2027 brand strategy to life — building our profile, promoting our work and people, and creating opportunities that support Business Development.

Your work will span PR, thought leadership, content, events, social media, website, project promotion and industry engagement. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to bring your ideas to the table, work smarter and make an impact.

You’ll receive a comprehensive handover to get you up to speed with our projects, people, systems and ways of working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the brand: Bring Cera Stribley’s 2027 brand strategy to life and champion a consistent brand across all channels
  • Create great content: Lead copywriting across tenders, team CVs, website content, award submissions, thought leadership, social media and media releases
  • Build our profile: Manage PR and media relationships, identify project publicity opportunities and develop strategic media activity
  • Bring our work to life: Coordinate project photography, events, Design Week activities, networking opportunities and speaking engagements
  • Manage our channels: Oversee website content, EDMs, social media, capability documents and corporate templates
  • Work with our people: Support the Marketing Coordinator, collaborate with Directors and Operations, and monitor and report on marketing performance

ABOUT YOU

You’re a creative, commercially minded marketer who loves great design, strong storytelling and finding smarter ways to work. You’re confident working independently, comfortable with senior stakeholders and happy to get stuck in when things need doing.

You’ll bring:

Strong copywriting and content skills, with a good understanding of PR and brand communications
Confidence using AI tools and workflows to work smarter and enhance marketing and content
Experience across digital marketing channels, including website, social media and EDMs
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing marketing projects and performance reporting
Experience in design, professional services, construction, agency or B2B marketing will be highly regarded
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail
A highly organised, proactive and no-fuss approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism, with the confidence to work with a broad range of people
