Senior Interior Designer

We are searching for a somebody who has cemented themselves in the industry as an accomplished professional and a talented designer, with at least 7+ years (post grad) experience in the interior design sector.

This role is for an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to drive design excellence and project delivery while contributing to practice growth within our dynamic studio. The ideal candidate combines outstanding design expertise with proven leadership abilities, bringing both creative vision and strategic thinking to our diverse portfolio of projects, specifically in the multi-residential sector.

This person will lead project teams, mentor staff, and build the practice profile while ensuring exceptional design outcomes. The successful candidate will have an established industry presence and the ability to manage multiple projects while fostering team development.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead projects from concept through to completion
  • Coordinate consultant relationships and integration
  • Oversee project communications with all stakeholders
  • Manage project programs, milestones, and deliverables
  • Monitor project budgets and financial reporting
  • Guide design development and documentation
  • Oversee construction administration processes
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Build industry profile and networks
  • Support practice growth and development
Attributes/Skills necessary:
  • 7+ years post-graduate interior design experience
  • Exceptional conceptual design and planning abilities
  • Strong documentation and delivery experience
  • Expertise in high-end residential and multi-residential projects
  • 3D conceptual design capability
  • Expert proficiency in Revit and Adobe InDesign
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring ability
