Hali is Cera Stribley’s contemporary ode to Mornington Peninsula’s mid-century design boom, characterised by simple, honest structures, rectilinear forms, and open terraces.
Designed to tap into the essence of Mornington Peninsula living, Hali is a beachside development of significant scale..Comprising a total of 74 townhouses, the design response seeks to maximise the Point Nepean Road interface, linking major points of interest throughout the site while capitalising on views to the beach.
The design taps into Mornington’s history as a hub for the development of post-war housing estates in the mid-1960s. Rectilinear forms and honest materiality reference the perennially popular modernist vernacular, while responding to contemporary lifestyle ideals.
