Multi-Residential
2023

Perched at the edge of one of Mount Buller’s premier ski runs, the 5-level design has been re-invigorated by Cera Stribley, embracing the expansive views towards Mt Stirling and The Bluff to deliver the best possible experience of Victoria’s mountains and snowfields.
The façade materiality has been curated to resonate with the textures of the surrounding landscape and is a celebration of craftsmanship. This considered approach to materiality is carried through to the interiors, designed by Hecker Guthrie.
This collaboration, with open design dialogue, has ensured that the architecture and interior design are unified, using a natural palette, and a tactile sensibility that promotes total relaxation.
Each residence has been designed with generous living spaces that serve as the perfect winter refuge after a day of skiing. Their sophisticated material palette of textural timber, stone, and exposed concrete, enhances those spaces and focusses the experience on the views and the surrounding alpine landscape.
