Delivered and documented by Cera Stribley, Quartet reflects a considered approach to architecture, interiors and lifestyle within one of Brisbane’s most connected urban precincts. Developed by Goldfields and designed by Rothelowman, the project brings together refined design, generous living and a strong connection to place.

Positioned in Milton, just 2km from the CBD, Quartet arrives as Brisbane continues its evolution into a global destination. Conceived as an architectural composition inspired by harmony, balance and rhythm, the development brings together a curated collection of residences designed to elevate everyday living.

A refined, gridded façade is paired with generous glazed openings to maximise aspect and capture expansive views across the city. From first light through to golden hour, natural light becomes an integral part of the living experience, filling each residence and extending onto generous balconies that blur the line between indoors and out.

Documented and delivered by Cera Stribley, Quartet has been carefully resolved to support a sense of calm, elegance and liveability. Spacious layouts, natural textures and a restrained material palette create interiors that feel timeless and refined. Warm oak flooring, honed natural stone and timber veneer joinery are complemented by premium appliances and thoughtfully detailed finishes throughout. Bathrooms and ensuites continue this quiet luxury through natural-toned tiling, brushed nickel fittings, semi-frameless glazing and freestanding baths.

Elevated above the rhythm of the city, the residences offer a private retreat defined by comfort, serenity and connection to place. The penthouses further extend this experience, pairing seamless indoor-outdoor living with panoramic city views and carefully curated interiors designed for effortless everyday living.

Crowning the building, a rooftop wellness and entertainment precinct provides residents with spaces to recharge, gather and unwind. Open-air dining terraces, premium BBQ facilities, a lap pool, spa, sauna, cold plunge and gym are framed by sweeping views towards Mt Coot-tha, creating a sanctuary above the city.

With walkable access to dining, transport and green spaces, and positioned close to Brisbane’s future Olympic precincts, Quartet represents a thoughtful addition to Milton’s evolving urban fabric.
